The diversity and inclusion position will provide our chapter with a feeling of comfort, excellence, and involvement for all sisters and potential sisters. This will allow our organization to meet a common goal of membership development. This helps us engage in dialogue on important topics such as diversity, privilege, cultural competency, and inclusivity. This will also expand our knowledge of the LGBTQ community and ways to be supportive allies to all communities.
