In Chi Sigma Rho, we live by our motto, “Unity Through Individuality,” celebrating the unique identities, backgrounds, cultures and experiences that each sister brings to our sisterhood. 

Rooted in our values of compassion, respect, and empowerment, we are committed to creating a community where every member feels seen, heard, and valued. We actively work to create an inclusive environment that embraces diversity in all its forms. Through open conversation and communication, we are continuously learning, and taking intentional action.
